If you have been a victim of sexual assault or incest you may experience many different emotions, including feeling dirty, hurt, confused and angry.

Whatever emotions you feel, if you have been abused it was not your fault.

No one has the right to abuse another person, verbally, physically or sexually.

If you have been abused there are special services that are free, confidential and they will not judge you. They are services that have been set up especially to look after women who have been sexually assaulted or are victims of incest.
